1 General Terms & Conditions

R15s (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "r15s") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all services offered through the r15s.bet website and mobile application.

In these terms, "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the r15s platform. Opening an account or using our services constitutes your full agreement to these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

To register with r15s, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Active mobile number and email address
• Valid and active payment method

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

R15s reserves the right to verify the age and identity of all members. We may request the following documents at any point during or after registration:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. r15s complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and is obligated to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on r15s:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳2,00,000

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Withdrawal processing may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit

A specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without a qualifying deposit.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on r15s. Violating these terms and conditions may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection:

• R15s reserves the right to accept or reject any bet
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided
• Once an event has started, bets generally cannot be changed
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time

Bet Cancellation Terms:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, r15s will make the final determination
• Bets will be voided in cases of clear technical errors or incorrect odds

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

R15s regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time after being credited, or they will expire
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited
• R15s reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Accounts found to have misused bonuses will be suspended

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r15s platform. Violating these terms will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Exploiting odds arbitrage or platform vulnerabilities
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
• Registering with false information or committing fraud during the verification process
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing or threatening other members

8 Account Closure & Suspension

R15s may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of these terms and conditions
• When fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on an account
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Bonus balances will not be returned after an account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

R15s is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Failure of a third-party payment system
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime
• Issues with the user's own device or connection
• Inaccurate data from third-party sports data providers

R15s is committed to maintaining quality service at all times. However, r15s is not obligated to provide compensation for technical issues or unforeseen events. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
